Mapping of a client's Supply Chain Function comprises of the overall understanding of the chosen function of the client's supply chain, the key drivers and related metrics involved, and mapping onto the SCOR Model. Xavor determines the Key Drivers of the client's Supply Chain based on directions from the client's leadership team, while providing industry best practices and benchmarks, resulting in a dialog between the leadership team and the project team.
