Education
 

The importance of education cannot be neglected by any nation. In today's competitive world, access to quality education is an absolute necessity for the human and social capital development of countries. Education addresses social problems like poverty and hunger, improves pro-social behaviors and attitudes of people, and enables them to make informed decisions; all leading towards a progressive society.

Lack of quality education in developing countries is attributed to many reasons including low attendance rates, inadequate infrastructure, and poorly trained teachers. Xavor's Education practice aims to address these challenges and provide high quality education to people to improve literacy and critical thinking ability, reduce poverty, create diversity awareness and gender sensitivity in the society.

We intend to make quality education accessible to the less privileged youth of the country through improved curriculums and better teacher trainings. Curriculum should not only be advanced enough to prepare students to compete globally, but also should be sensitive to the local context and student's socio-cultural circumstances for better learning. Similarly, teachers should be properly trained to effectively impart the knowledge to the students and create students' interest to help them stay in school and encourage them to keep learning.

Xavor's Education practice plays its role in improving education standards by conducting training programs for teachers, and working with educational and policy making institutions to improve curriculums of different programs. This results in availability of high quality education for students which will eventually prepare them best for the future.
