Xavor is a premier partner of UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business Corporate Network. Xavor is thoroughly integrated with this premier university and its business school in the following areas:

Faculty: Xavor's Executive Vice President, Dr. Tathagata Dasgupta is an adjunct faculty member for the Paul Merage School of Business and currently teaches several Executive-level MBA courses at the University, such as the Supply Chain Management elective course and core operations course.

In addition to Professor Dasgupta, Xavor has formed an academic alliance (Xavor Academic Network) with several Merage faculty members who consult with, and advise Xavor on academic research issues that are directly tied to our management and technology consulting engagements with clients. The Xavor Academic network, through UC Irvine and UC San Diego, enhance our service offering by allowing our clients to receive state-of-the-art academic research excellence translated into a language business users will understand by our own MBA and PhD industry expert consultants.

Alumni:

Xavor is connected to the MBA and PhD alumni from the Paul Merage School through direct hires of MBA graduates from the school. In addition, many Merage alumni are members of the Xavor Industry Network board. The CEO of Xavor, Humayun Rashid, is also an Executive MBA alumni of the school.

Students:

Xavor offers internships to MBA graduate students, undergraduate business and liberal arts students, as well as students at other premier universities, such as UC San Diego. Xavor provides real-world projects that directly relate to MBA coursework and paid internships for students that directly apply to Xavor's consulting engagements. Students often bring a "fresh perspective" to our client engagements and are able to offer additional insights from an un-biased perspective.

Administration: Xavor is closely tied to the Merage School's Corporate Network, the Center for Leadership and Development, as well as providing expertise and developing projects to support the Dean's vision for the school: leading strategic innovation for a global economy.
