Xavor helped the President and Business Decision Support leaders at a $5B Consumer Packaged Goods company in Burbank to form four iVital task teams who would focus on a commercial benefits realization initiative around their end-to-end business processes.

The unusual part of this highly collaborative and difficult project was that for the first time in the history of this company and many others in the world, Upstream (Sales, Marketing) groups worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Downstream (Operations and Supply Chain Planning) teams to agree on specific policy chainges, process flows, and systems workflows to reduce costs without sacrificing revenue.
