Xavor successfully facilitates a major studio to a consensus!

A major studio in Burbank contacted Xavor to help them reach consensus over their Global Returns Pricing Policy. Xavor offered to employ its collaborative workshop approach to facilitate consensus among various territories.

In July, all territories of a major studio gathered in London, UK, to discuss what has been a chief issue amongst the management for quite a while. The studio, whose headquarters are situated in Burbank, CA, was discontent with the current nature of implementation of the concerned policy and wanted to bring about a change; a change towards consensus of all stakeholders.

"It was really encouraging to see that we worked together to come up with a single solution", said the VP of CCO at the studio.

The territories came together to arrive at a conclusion and Xavor helped them get there. Xavor presented them with challenges within the workshop and through active involvement of the heads and stakeholders, and the facilitation of alignment and knowledge of Xavor, brought all ten territories to a consensus.
