With a rich experience spanning more than 3 decades across hundreds of customers, Elliott’s most recent clients include Sony, Samsung, Huawei Technologies (China), Adtran and Alcatel.

Sarah Zielsdorf Calvert brings tactical and strategic supply chain experience in the areas of procurement and sourcing, strong project management skills, and an MBA. Zaighum leads Xavor’s Collaboration practice as Sr. Sharepoint Evangelist for US clients. He started his career working on collaboration and document sharing tools focused on increasing the productivity of knowledge workers over 10 years ago, long before these were buzzwords in the industry and the technology enabling it was Lotus Notes. Since then he has implemented these systems in clients such as Broadcom, Boeing, Connexant, Standard Chartered Bank and Virgin Megastores. Zaighum has a Masters degree in Computer Science and is based out of Xavor’s Irvine, CA office.

Khurram Saleem Malik, Project Managerzaighum-yazdan

Khurram brings with him diversified experience by working as a software engineer in the initial phase of his career and then transitioned into business management. He has a technical background along with managerial experience by leading teams and projects to delivery. He has been leading the development team for a software house to deliver many projects. He has also worked as a marketing manager in a CPG company and understands the dynamics of CPG products. After his MBA he has been groomed to be a business consultant under the guidance of an industry SME. Khurram holds a Bsc(hons) in Computer Sciences and an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Adnan brings with him diversified experience by working for such companies as Verizon and DishNetowrk. He has a technical background along with managerial experience by leading teams and projects to delivery. He has been leading the development team for a large semiconductor design firm to deliver many projects. Some of his recent accomplishments have been the migration projects of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 from the older version. In addition to that he has led the migration projects for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 from the older version. Adnan has also been involved in the coordinating efforts of the dev team and the client — Goal Financial — a student loan company. His analytical and communication skills have enabled him to conduct Business Analysis tasks such as requirement gathering and technical follow ups with the dev team and keeping the client updated at the same time. Adnan holds a BSc. in Computer Sciences from Northern Arizona University.

Saeed has a deep technology background and has worked on Microsoft platform in healthcare, high tech manufacturing, entertainment and financial sectors. Saeed holds Masters and bachelors degrees in computer science. Saeed has recently shifted his focus towards business intelligence and business performance management (BPM) to help organizations to make better decisions and improve performance by getting deep insights into their businesses. During early years of his career, Saeed also developed applications for Microsoft Windows based pocket PCs. He is also member of software engineering process group (SEPG) and Architecture office in Xavor.

hassan Hassan M. Sheikh, Senior Consultant – Oracle Agile PLM

Hassan has over 9 years of software design, architecture, and project management experience focused on B2B and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems. He has consulted with several Global 1000 clients on business and system issues working closely with C-level executives, business analysts, system architects, project managers and solutions vendors. Hassan has taken leadership roles in enabling hi-tech semiconductor design and medical device organizations accomplish their PLM/PDM implementation goals. He has successfully held roles of a project lead and solutions architect with knowledge of all phases of the PDM/PLM project life cycle including functional analysis, legacy data migration, enterprise integration, implement system customization, and maintenance of systems. Hassan holds a Masters in Computer Science/Software Engineering, and has authored an IEEE publication paper titled “Normalization of Object Oriented Design” at INMIC 2003.
