Zaighum Yazdan , Sr. SharePoint Evangelist

Zaighum leads Xavor's Collaboration practice as Sr. Sharepoint Evangelist for US clients. He started his career working on collaboration and document sharing tools focused on increasing the productivity of knowledge workers over 10 years ago, long before these were buzzwords in the industry and the technology enabling it was Lotus Notes. Since then he has implemented these systems in clients such as Broadcom, Boeing, Connexant, Standard Chartered Bank and Virgin Megastores. Zaighum has a Masters degree in Computer Science and is based out of Xavor's Irvine, CA office.
 

Khurram Saleem Malik, Project Manager

Khurram brings with him diversified experience by working as a software engineer in the initial phase of his career and then transitioned into business management. He has a technical background along with managerial experience by leading teams and projects to delivery. He has been leading the development team for a software house to deliver many projects. He has also worked as a marketing manager in a CPG company and understands the dynamics of CPG products. After his MBA he has been groomed to be a business consultant under the guidance of an industry SME. Khurram holds a Bsc(hons) in Computer Sciences and an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Sana Zia, Business Analyst

Sana Zia has a background of Economics with a strong mathematical focus. She holds Bachelors in Economics from Lahore University of Management Science and a year abroad Exchange Program Degree from WASEDA University Tokyo, Japan. Sana has diversified experience in both private and public sector. She has gained extensive experience with Banking Sector while interning at ABN AMRO and Prime Bank Pakistan. Along with that she has worked extensively with public sector organizations e.g. Fatima Memorial System to computerize their tactical concerns. Sana is periodically involved with academic research (WASEDA University, Lahore University of Management Sciences) and teaching assignments concerning Economics with primary focus on International Markets. She is also a SCOR-P Certified trainer.
 

Kashif Munir, Project Manager

Kashif Munir is responsible for managing and delivering projects in areas of Business Consulting in Supply and Demand Chain Management, Marketing, and Sales & Operations Planning. Kashif's academic background in business and IT enables him to understand management as well as technology aspects of business. He has been involved in designing Supply Chain process, organization, metrics, and systems design for a multinational organization using SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model and in recommending business process improvements for Marketing and Sales functions for smooth end-to-end Supply Chain management. He has also worked on designing Allocation Policy for products to be distributed to the Retail stores of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) customers. Along with that, Kashif has been involved in developing a detailed Marketing plan for a product line of a multinational FMCG organization. Kashif holds a Masters in Business Administration from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) and BS Computer Science from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NU).

Adnan Qureshi, Business Analyst

Adnan brings with him diversified experience by working for such companies as Verizon and DishNetowrk. He has a technical background along with managerial experience by leading teams and projects to delivery. He has been leading the development team for a large semiconductor design firm to deliver many projects. Some of his recent accomplishments have been the migration projects of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 from the older version. In addition to that he has led the migration projects for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 from the older version. Adnan has also been involved in the coordinating efforts of the dev team and the client -- Goal Financial -- a student loan company. His analytical and communication skills have enabled him to conduct Business Analysis tasks such as requirement gathering and technical follow ups with the dev team and keeping the client updated at the same time. Adnan holds a BSc. in Computer Sciences from Northern Arizona University.

Tahira Raza, Business Analyst

Tahira Raza is currently working as a Business Analyst for Management Consulting Group at Xavor Corporation, where she is responsible for assisting in initiatives in Opportunity Assessments, Sales & Operations Planning and Business Process and Workflow Development. She has worked a diverse set of projects covering grounds in both the IT and Business. She has worked with MySpace on developing and refining methodologies for their incepting business process in MySpace Developers Platform. She has also worked with WHV in identifying opportunities where long standing processes can develop further and prosper to their optimal levels. Tahira is a BSc(Hons) graduate from Lahore University of Management Sciences majoring in Computer Sciences with primary focus in Software Engineering and Mathematics.

Saeed Ahmad, Business Intelligence Consultant

Saeed has a deep technology background and has worked on Microsoft platform in healthcare, high tech manufacturing, entertainment and financial sectors. Saeed holds Masters and bachelors degrees in computer science. Saeed has recently shifted his focus towards business intelligence and business performance management (BPM) to help organizations to make better decisions and improve performance by getting deep insights into their businesses. During early years of his career, Saeed also developed applications for Microsoft Windows based pocket PCs. He is also member of software engineering process group (SEPG) and Architecture office in Xavor.

Komul Khan, Business Intelligence Consultant

Komul has a depth of understanding on how to leverage Business Intelligence's leading principles and products in order to provide decision support solutions for marketing and supply chain's most difficult problems. She has taken on and successfully delivered data warehouse and data analysis challenges for the entertainment and technology industry. Komul comes from a software systems engineering background, has a Bachelors in Computer Science, and is a Fulbright Scholar.

Hassan M. Sheikh, Senior Consultant - Oracle Agile PLM
Hassan has over 9 years of software design, architecture, and project management experience focused on B2B and Project Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) systems. He has consulted with several Global 1000 clients on business and system issues working closely with C-level executives, business analysts, system architects, project managers and solutions vendors. Hassan has taken leadership roles in enabling hi-tech semiconductor design and medical device organizations accomplish their PLM/PDM implementation goals. He has successfully held roles of a project lead and solutions architect with knowledge of all phases of the PDM/PLM project life cycle including functional analysis, legacy data migration, enterprise integration, implement system customization, and maintenance of systems. Hassan holds a Masters in Computer Science/Software Engineering, and has authored an IEEE publication paper titled "Normalization of Object Oriented Design" at INMIC 2003.
 

Muhammad Athar Shafiq, Senior Web Architect

Athar has over 9 years of experience in the analysis, design, development and adoption of web applications and portals. After completing his Bachelors he has been involved in various technology implementations covering .Net and Open-source technology platforms. Along with ensuring successful project delivery, he also enjoys doing training workshops with teams to enhance web application usability. His latest ventures are mostly in the areas of Web Content Management and Enterprise 2.0 focusing on implementing strong Collaboration and Knowledge Management networks within the enterprise.
